Just going a little left field here as I know they are neither a cake nor biscuit but the doughnut – Jam or custard???

We have a Research & Development facility at work. Last week we were invited to taste different types of ginger confectionary. The idea is for a new ginger flavoured custard. During the various biscuits and cakes I came across Jamaican Ginger cake. Very nice indeed.

However, what are your thoughts on ginger custard?

P.S. Hope I'm not accused of high-jacking this thread and leading it down the custard route. I fear the AUP!

I like both Ginger and custard so I would imagine it will be fine?
