I've brought it into it because there are some posters who seem to celebrate Bailey abusing someone due to the colour of their hair and I think that's wrong.

There is an argument that making fun of ginger hair is rooted (pun unintended) in anti-Celtish feeling, as red-hair is ore prevelant in Celtish folk.

However, there has never been any laws made in this country forbidding red-heads from having the same rights as other folk, therefore to compare it to prejudice based on skin colour is wrong.
