I was at the Rhinos yesterday and they were adamant there would be a new coach - which would seem to confirm what Caplan is saying.
It depends on where we are in 2019 - not in SL the appointment will not happen.

sure Lowes new the craic when he came in, and i am sure he will have been given a good wage for the rest of the season, pretty sure he will be on the coaching team next year too. |

The upheavel for his family is no longer an issue since he upped sticks and left them all for a woman something like 30 years younger than him (and his wife).
But it still wont be Bennett because we'd get nowhere near his salary expectations or anywhere near the amount he'd expect to be spent on both players and more jmportantly infrasfructure. Also, Bennett pretty much runs the entore football side of his clubs - he'd not want or need the involvement of either GH or Sinfield. |
