I can’t see Crosby escaping a ban to be honest.

We have to play Dwyer for the full 80 IMO.
I'd also put Luke Briscoe on the wing, and Walters will probably come in for Crosby, but I'd play Smith.

Then again, Sinfield mentioned the other day that Walker and Ward were close to being fit again, so could come in next week.

I remember the days that Dwyer couldn’t even make the squad and the McDermott ‘odd selection policy’ defenders were adamant it was because he isn’t super league standard. He’s certainly shown McDermott’s judgement to be wrong.

I’d be inclined to rest Ward for the rest of the season. There’s more to his failure to make selection than is being let out I reckon.

I was chief culprit on Dwyer Les and certainly no defender of McD. still think Dwyer is dreadful but as I always said he will always come good every now and again.

He doesn't get to dummy half enough, his distribution is as bad as it gets for a 9 how many passes went to peoples feet or behind them to ground today, defensively weak and nobody in team has a clue what he's gonna do on last tackle but the lad tries he is enthusiastic and some of his quick darts are very effective close to the line so as a highlight reel the lad looks good and to be fair when it looked like nobody was going to step up in 2nd half he did it so full marks to him.

if Parcell goes then we will certainly need a 9 for me but it's all opinions.

God knows how bad we'd be without Dwyer at the moment. He's the only player who seems to be showing 100% effort and actually trying to win games.

Whilst I agree Marty, I am not convinced he is a long term first choice 9 as yet, surely it can’t be denied that when he is not on the field the whole teams level drops alarmingly?

To be frank, currently, he is really our only attacking threat. His stamina however is an issue.

I think his distribution to be fair though is better than other options we have. I also think had McDermott not been so arrogant over the player, he might currently be still sat in his job.

For that high tackle,very harsh if he cops a ban for that.

it didn't look good and with it being a tv game it's more likely to be picked up but I would be surprised if a ban comes from it.

Not posted for a while but throw my opinion in (for what it’s worth).

We are now completely devoid of excellence. We have a couple of really good players, a few decent players and far too many average players, packed out with some crap too. But not one player we have is at the top their game.

1 to 13, I can think of a better player in the Super League or at least a player that I’d prefer. This was not the case five years ago.

I know we’re in a ‘period of transition’ at the moment but I fear that our seasons in the sun are well and truly over. London looked feisty the other night and will be a much tougher test than the surrender monkeys we played yesterday (who still managed to ship 22 points past us).

Watkins is probably the nearest we have to excellence but is too inconsistent for mine. When he's playing good, there's no better, but on his 'off' days he's shabby. He's had too many off days in the past couple of years to make him World Class.

If he can nail his consistency then he alone would be our only excellent player.

Our priorities should be nailing the next coaching appointment, no mucking around, go out and spend what it takes to get the right coaching team in, maybe with a decent off season careers can be salvaged but if not, it should be made abundantly clear no one is safe from the axe and these depths won’t be tolerated anymore.
