I'm looking for advice on placing a bet on the Rhinos to win The LLS, or The Challenge Cup or the Grand Final. Or all three (the Treble)
I don't normally gamble so I don't know the best way to do it.
I realise that I can make individual bets, i.e Leeds to win the Challenge cup at whatever the odds are (12-1) I think at the moment. Leeds to win the Grand Final etc etc.
And then an accumulator type bet on all three.
Would I be better placing a 'Round Robin' style of bet or a Yankee or what?
In a RR bet, how many of the 3 selections would have to win for me to draw money?
The bookies have rules called "Related Contingencies" so the chances are that you will not generally be able to place any doubles, treble, trixie or similar bet on these outcomes. You will be able to place single bets on each outcome and if you really want to pursue the magic treble your best chance of getting a bet on would be to make a special request to a bookmaker (e.g. William Hill have a #YourOdds request facility via Twitter).
Personally I don't see us winning anything this season but there are plenty of other interest bets you could make, e.g. Rhyse Martin to be top competition points scorer at 20/1 may be worth a look.
Just had a look and BetFred have a "Super League Multiple Trophies" market online for the Grand Final/Regular Season/Challenge Cup treble:
Saints 16/1
Wigan 22/1
Wire 33/1
Hull 100/1
Rhinos 100/1
Cas 125/1
Catalans 200/1
Toronto 250/1
Salford 300/1
Shuddersfield/Wakey/HKR 1000/1
