Normally seen tons of folk in years gone by in the afternoon, hanging round with beers in groups up by the high street (near trafford bar). Doesn't seem to be any issues or police intervention.

The police are usually more relaxed and are more likely to turn a blind eye during a RL event.

From memory, the police man bins on the approach to the ground, just where the burger vans are, asking you to empty them.

In 2011 and 2012 they were taking all alcohol from you in the streets.

One lad went into the offy near "legends" paid waaaay over the odds for x8 cans, stepped outside and promptly had them taken off him.

I wouldn't chance it.
