Glad you guys enjoyed it. We spent a great afternoon at the Danny Jones memorial match at Halifax. A fun affair that raised at least £25K. Loads of retired stars turned out, including Keith Senior, who arrived at half time and played the final 20 minutes, having just completed the Yorkshire marathon!

I'm genuinely pleased that the event in Halifax went well and raised a significant sum of money. I'd already booked tickets to the event in Leeds when I learned of it, otherwise I would have attended myself. Well done to the organisers and to everyone who contributed.

When i first read about this i wasn't going to go but when we got back from the GF r Kids Wife had got us tickets and i have to say it was a very good event and a really enjoyable couple of hours.

better than i thought ,and probably a better way for the retirees .
i like the pigeon detectives but not sure how appropriate they were , just songs to singalong to may have been better.

arena said they gifted the use but was production costs.
