We asked him to take a pay cut and he declined. Can't blame him really, he's been a beast of a run stopper for us but he's in the last year of his contract and coming off a serious achilles tendon tear and at his age his next contract will probably be his last. Would rather have him on my team than against us but seems unlikely now. Good luck to him, you only have 1 career and gotta make the $$ whilst you can.

Went to the game last night, stunning comeback from Detroit. Now whilst I still think we have the better game on the field we are light years away from the NFL in terms of organisation and promotion.

As a Falcons fan I had a strange sense of déjà vu at the end yesterday, was like the catalans playoff game all over again,

Only the 2014 Atlanta Falcons could see a win denied by the other team getting penalised.

Was sat next to a couple of traveling falcon fans who where quite vocal throughout the game, got some right stick at the end, all good natured.

Falcons blew it with poor play calling in the second half. Went away from using Jackson to wear down the defence and grind out the clock.

However, how about Colt McCoy and Hail to the Redskins!!!!
