...except pushing Watkins there. Short-term it will help Leeds, long-term it would be a criminal waste of a real talent. Perhaps Wigan should play Tomkins on the wing next time Richards is out.

Exactly what happened to Watson - 1 poor game on boxing day (although he scored a try) and never to get a look in again, regardless of ripping it up at Hunslet

The answer is yes, he does.

Fully agreed.watkins needs to be kept in the centre from here on in.hes developing into the best in the country and it is only going to stump his progress to keep moving him round the three quarter line.

Don't misunderstand me: I am very much in favour of keeping Watkins at RC.....and would have done so all of this season (with the possible exception of the WCC which would have been admittedly a real baptism of fire for Watson). There are and were options at FB and on the RW to prevent this.

However, with the current selected right winger being favoured I would, instead, [ireluctantly[/i prefer Watkins on the wing with Keinhorst at centre.
