On a more pleasant note I'd like to place on record here my thanks to all who helped today to get the ground ready for the rest of us to enjoy on Boxing Day.
I'd further like to take the opportunity to recognise the fantastic efforts of Jason Booth & all the other groundstaff who against all the odds continue to provide us with a pitch worthy for the Superleague Champions.
Like referees, without them & all their colleagues at the other grounds we simply wouldn't have a game to support.
