That's where I take my standard from and exclude all friendlies, testimonials and challenge matches.

So WCC stats wouldn't warrant inclusion? I'm not arguing that they should, just that the WCC seems to be included in most of the honours lists published by club, media etc. In this context, it makes the decision not to include individual performances in corresponding lists seem a bit of an anomoly.
