I don't think it is fair or right he should be banned and Wigan should be able to sign who they want, when they want and spend as much as they like. As soon as the special dispensation they deserve is granted by the RFL then everything can settle down again.

Alternate view could be - if you take drugs you deserve to get caught - minimum 1 year on the WADA directives isn't it and if the RFL impose anything less, they are shooting themselves in the foot bringing the game into disrepute... there are precidents in these cases.
