So anyway, back on topic, although it has all gone a bit to quiet for my liking at the moment. I guess the best way to gauge where we are in the moment and how quickly it will move to the building stage would be to compare the project to the saints one.

Saints got full planning permission in July 2008, the construction firm was selected a year later and building is due to begin in 2011. 3 years from planning permission to starting building.

Cas got planning permission ~end 2008 ish, and so even then were half a year at least behind Saints. If Saints don't start building until the weather picks up so say easter then 6 months after that is about a year from now
