No, Rome wasn't built in a day. Most Cas fans are familiar with Leigh's ground as it was host for our challenge cup semi last year. This thread has sweet fa to do with stadia or Leigh for that matter, derailed by a fool. I take it Leigh thrive on the "no one likes us we don't care" mentality. I heard a version of the story that paints Carney in a much better light in the fact he confronted the real person who played away in an attempt to stop it/sort it out and it was overheard, it got misconstrued and then relayed back to Massey who then thought it was Carney, Carney blew his top at Massey and got suspended.

OK he has had his suspension lifted,but that hardly means that he is back in the fold
Our season is over and the lads have had their mad Monday (Without Carney in attendance) and have now been given time to go away on holiday

His suspension has been lifted and publicised solely to bump up his price tag and protect themselves from legal proceedings, as the incident would hardly hold up as a sackable offence in court.

Had it confirmed by a at least two people I personally know are very close to Cas that Hampshire has signed on loan. The interesting part is Wigan are trying to negotiate Carney as part of any potential permanent deal to replace Charnley who has refused several contracts now after a huge bust up with Wane. Although Hampshires family are Wakey fans his dad advised him to go to Cas purely to work with Powell despite interest from Wire, Saints and Leeds. All rumours but heard it from a few although the only point they would say was 100% was the Hampshire part of the deal.

So Cas lose a first choice winger and replace him with a youngster who probably won't be first choice, isn't our player and has a family who think as highly of Cas as a rainy day...

Carney wont play for Cas again regardless of the hampshire deal. Wigan want Carney and Cas want Hampshire. That side of it is all rumoured negotiations.
