He's on a 4-year deal. Had he got 2 years left, I'd possibly agree. But he's contracted for another four seasons, he is Cas's BEST player and our biggest marketing pull. We are under no reason to sell him and we are in a position to build a quality side around him. Cas will not sell him for less than £500k.

Back to the post re Halifax, I wouldn't be at all surprised if the RFL take action at the end of next season if either Cas or Wakey aren't heading towards a new stadium. I'm certain in order to pacify Halifax who the RFL well and truly lead up the garden path last time around, a deal hasn't been done based on one or both of us failing.
