| Halifax can hold their heads high after that performance. Cas better sort out their tackling and stopping the off load in the tackle by friday, or Leeds will hammer them

About as much as Cas brought last season? That is: generally a good place for the rest of the league to boost their points difference (Saints being the exception of course). Celtic will be a different ballgame next season, just as Cas is this.

I think you will find we brought alot more to the league last year. Yeah we finised bottom but we finised on 15 points just 2 behind hull fc. Can you really see celtic getting half that because i dont. Yeah we got a few beatings but we had a team with local youngsters in there such as Shenton, Westerman, Owen, Huby, and Boyle. If Celtic were getting beat every week and had a few Welsh men in the team and buliding for the future then i think people would have more time for them but they havent there doing it with 2nd rate Aussies.
Anyway congrats to Halifax tonight proved they are a super league club in all but name.

So how come you didn’t boost your points against them then.......... I think the licence system is a great idea if its fair but its interpretation can be used against and for teams. Anyone can see where SL is going in a few years time Scotland is in the headlights even though MM whatever it’s called now is a joke, which heartland team will give way to a Scots team. Expansion is fine but we find ourselves in an economic downturn asking fans to travel to the South of France, London and also south Wales, if like me you have a family of 4 it’s not the easiest thing to do. No wonder we see them bringing a handful of spectators when they visit.

| if patterson had converted all of the tries we got we would have actually won that game. we were unlucky especially with sherwin slipping over whilst kicking the drop goal. but we put up a good effort and maybe should have won. but you look like a good team as well rangi chase looked good and mcgoldrick cut us open a bit as well.
good luck for the rest of the season.

You can see how Association Football is dying on its feet as a result of fans being expected to travel more than two miles from their front door during a recession ...

By the way, on a little old logic basis, you can (if you so choose) spend the dosh to visit France usually once in a season. How many times are Catalans fans supposed to visit here, do you think? Every other week, eh?
The same argument applies to London too.
BTW – take the opportunity to travel to France for a game. It's a very civilising place – and without doubt the best place to visit for a match in Europe.
I mean – Wigan or the south of France, Widnes or the south of France, St Helens or the south of France, Castleford or the south of France, even London or the south of France ...
Really not much of a choice – you should be grateful for such an opportunity.
PS: If you're at next Friday's match between Cas and Leeds, see if you can find tb. He'll explain what traveling substantial distances to games, on an extremely regular basis, actually entails.

I am not grateful no ,I never took the oportunity to go to Celtic and I don`t intend to go to Tolouse either,I did think about it but instead I will spend my money visiting a ground that fetches us a few fans or one like Keighley that got stuffed by the RFL.It`s like turkeys voting for Xmas.

I'm sorry – I'm not trying to be rude, but really ...
So your criteria for visiting a ground is some sort of reciprocal arrangement?
Did you, incidentally, understand what I posted about you whinging about going away (more than a few miles) a couple of times a season while you're complaining about some people not traveling hundreds (get that – hundreds) of miles every other week? Perhaps I didn't make it clear. My fault – I apologise.
And take the south of France as a break or holiday. Just don't go and demand egg and chips, Fosters and [iEastEnders[/i.
tb and I went the first time Cas and Saints were playing in Perpigan – and Easter three years ago. We'd never been to France before. You can't keep us away, now – particularly from the south of France. This year will be the fourth successive one we've gone to Catalunya for our main holiday of the year. And all because of Rugby League initially.
Indeed, this time when we go, one weekend when we're there, Les Cats will be at home to Wakey. Now, neither of us are Pussycats fans, but we'll be going – because it's fun. Because we love the game – and because we both love the experience of RL in France.
