Only problem with the team is #23 liability on all levels, ship him out ASAP he hasn't been fit to wear the shirt half the season.

The first half cost you dearly, Sherwin had an absolute shocker -his passing was so wayward at times.

Well tried Cas. As a neutral I thought Evans did not look interested for you tonight and Sherwin did not perform. Good effort though.

Gotta say, I thought the referee had a shocker for your boys today. The amount of holding down he let Wigan get away with was nothing short of disgraceful.

Well done on having easily the best game of the playoffs so far though.

All in all a good season for you, like us a respectable league finish.

First 20, where we looked like rabbits caught in playoff headlights, cost us dear. Shifty possibly had the biggest nightmare - surprising for a 'senior player', but at least the spirit shown in the second half meant we ended the season in a fitting manner. Owen EASILY the best player tonight. What a performance he put in!

If only Dicko could have got on the end of that (of all people) Shenny kick over, but what the hell... At least Eddie can w*nk over Wigan for another week, so someone's happy.

There were a few who need to look at themselves in the mirror tonight. I won't name them tonight as it would be unjustifiably fair after they've put their bodies on the line, but tomorrow the work starts for next season.

It was an half-decent performance in some senses, but I'm gutted that we didn't play to our potential.

Best Team won by their defence but no way was Phelps MOM ,Two blatent errors that caused Cas tries ,Owen was possibly the MOM IMHO

To be honest you handed that game to Wigan on a plate in the first half. The second half you picked up and gave them a game.

Apart from those errors though he had a really good game and showed some great stuff in attack, bravery in defence and some good kick returns. Not bad considering McGolderick tried to take his head off 3 times.

Fair play to Cas, you really should hold your heads up high, your improvement this season has been phenomenal and you've got some really good players - particularly impressed by Owen and Chase (before he got hurt). If you move on next season like you have this (and I think you thoroughly deserve it as you play some really good to watch attacking RL), you could go much further.

if you concentrated on winning rather then taking there heads off who knows maybe could have won.

1st half we played every play the ball as if we were 6 points down with 2 mins left, totally lacked any control and played panic rl when there was no need. Sherwin being the biggest culprit when probably the most experienced play-off player on the pitch !

However, great fight back in 2nd half and if Rangi had been out there for last 20 then who knows ?

But its been a great a season and far outweighed my expectations at the beginning. All the players deserve a massive

and if we hadn't lost Shifty and Razza at the same time for so long earlier in the season then who knows we may have even had a couple of more wins in the tight games we lost and got to a CC semi.

If Smith'd blown for every high shot tonight I'm pretty sure we'd have won the penalty count by a yard...

I thought both sides were poor tonight making huge amounts of errors. The handling from Cas in the first half really let you down, i've never seen so many passes actually hit the dummy runners on the head, chest, back etc before.

In the second half the discipline from Cas was poor and McGoldrick was lucky to stay on the pitch for persisstant high tackle and infringments.

Overall we won a poor game but neither team would have been too confident of going much further in the play offs on the back of tonight.

Except that Hull KR had a poor game as well and a can see you turning them over.

Hull KR will have too much firepower for us if they've got Galea, Webster and Briscoe back i feel.

Wigan got a try from a blatant forward pass , and the ref turned a blind eye to numerous high tackles . Every other tackle by Wigan appeared to be above the shoulders , and he missed at least two flops by them . Yes he missed a few naughty challenges by Cas players , but from where I was sitting ( in my front room in front of a 60inch telly ) , it looked very biased . Even my mam said the same and she hates Cas . The linesmen really do need educating . Totally fkin useless the lot of them all season .

Sorry you lost, Cas. I enjoy watching your guys play. I think nerves got the better of your team during the first half and by the time they had settled there was just too much left to do, although that last play almost brought off an equalising try.

Indeed he did and numerous Wigan players must have the bruises on their heads/faces to prove it.

I don't do trolling so i'm just being honest. I thought Cas got away with a great deal tonight especially McGoldrick who was lucky to stay on the field.

I'm very proud of the lads this season. We have overachieved as far as i'm concerned. I'm just sad that we didn't perform to our full potential today, because I know we can play miles better than we did.

For me the person who should take a long hard look at himself is TM.

How can you move our best half back to Hooker just to make a place for a player who is in the clique but is so out of form it is unbelievable and put him into one of the most pivotal positions .... can someone explain to me why he would move Rangi out of position in our biggest match of the season?????

Don't get me wrong I am happy with the season overall but think our coach got it so wrong tonight and with Wigan playing that poor we really should of stuck to our tried and tested attack ....... oh well there is always next year............
