The head steward and members of his team would like to invite fans down to the ground on Thursday 5th April at 6.30 for an open question and answer session relating to match day stewarding. This is an opportunity for our fans to find out what happens behind the scenes and understand the different roles that the stewards have. This is also an opportunity to discuss any other concerns that fans may have especially around the recent issue of singing/chanting – and to explain the rationale behind what is seen as ‘acceptable’ and what’s not – this will be explained by Richard Worlock, who is a voluntary Equality and Diversity advisor.
This event has been put together with the help of the Tigers Together group after talking to numerous fans and it was suggested that this was the way forward to enhance relationships and create an understanding between the two parties. If you would like any further details please email the Tigers Together group at tigerstogether@castigers.com
We look forwarding to seeing you.

| This is a great initiative from Tigers Together and the Stewards. It should certainly help people see things from the stewards points of view and both groups are to be applauded for putting this event together. Will try and get down myself.

| This would be brilliant if the people who start and are involved in the offensive chanting were to attend sadly it will probably be the people who don't need to be told what is and isn't offensive that will attend.
