If you watched the biting incident at the time, Huby gave himself up,by wiping his mouth after the incident.After the game, Craig and Leon were discussing something and they shaking hands on it. Amazingly, the charges have been dropped.Commonsense prevailed. Not what we want airing in public.

I would think he is refering to a natural uncontrollable biting reaction which can occur when something is rammed in your mouth, ie another players arm.
