Are these fixtures for real ?.

Why do we play both games with Fev, Leigh and Sheffield before we play Hunslet york or Batley even once ?.

Surely it should be play everyone once, then at the half way point play them all again. We play york twice in the space of a month ?.

I believe the problem is that Sheffield cannot play at home for a 10 week spell so the fixtures have been moved around to fit many of their away games into that window.

Hopefully work in our favour as if we're top of the league by halfway, you'd think we'd be favourites to finish there. York onwards from end July are all winnable, maybe even Barrow away the game before as Des will be player-coach by then.

June 19th, I've got tix to see Kings f Leon at L.C.C.C. I presume that's a NRC blank weekend ?
Fev at home on thursday 24th March, night before I set off to Holland for a three gig weekend, what a great start to the weekend. I'll be meeting up with my Fev buddy over in Holland for a weekend of fun, booze & music with my champions 2010 t-shirt on and a big smile from the result of thursday night's game.

I reckon Dewsbury might well be a difficult team to beat now Jowett has got the measure of this division & if they can pick up some away wins might make the play-offs, same with Rhino's Doggies at the Mount.

Fev, Barrow, Leigh & Widnes will be up there challenging with us for own crown, bring it on.

It wasn't so warm in April last year, so good luck with that!

We also have 2 away games scheduled to finish the season (for the third year on the trot).

June the 19th is NRC semis I think, so yes a clear weekend for you



Seriously though, your route through the group stages should be a formality as you are playing 3 championship 1 sides, unlike anyone else I think. I see SRC got that one in first but I agree with him

What the hell is going onm, If sheffield can't play at home then tough, they should have to find alternative ground to play on, Not F the fixtures up for all the other teams.

Typical of the RFL any other club would have been told 'tough' get on with it but not one of the 'expansion' clubs.

Blimey, glad thats not us. Why do clubs play each other home and away before playing all the other clubs like you and Barrrow? 90% of the time in football it never happens, omly reason should be ground issues but cannot undersatnd why in your case as Barrow have their own ground???
