| Quote ="Greg Florimos Boots"If we fancy second thats not a bad result for us. Very bad result for Leigh as it puts another team in the mix and gives a team an extra point that nobody was counting on.'"
I don’t think it makes much difference to Leigh TBH, given that even if Toulouse were to lose to Fax Leigh are unlikely to catch them, Toulouse still likely to be on 33 point. And with London’s points difference if Leigh and London had (do) finish on 32 league points London are likely to finish above Leigh.
For Fev London losing a point is as good as a defeat for London since if we end up on the same points again London’s points difference would give then the benefit. And as you say gives us an outside chance at second.
In fact the only team that really losses out with London getting a point is Fax, since if both clubs end up on the same league points it will again be London that gets the benefit in league positions.
Obviously all of that changes if Fax n Fev draw tomorrow.

| Just looked at SL table, what a massive game for Leeds on Sunday, points difference may help them in the long run but they need to win a game or two, so all hands back at Headingley in my opinion.

Still in our own hands. Win all 4 games and we're second. Lose one and we're still nailed on for top 4. Lose 2 and we need some other results to go our way. Lose 3, forget it.

Very much this.
I said a few weeks back I still fancied us for second and nothing has really changed. Win today and that prediction is still on, lose today and it will be a real strugle to make the top 4 and it would be Fev who Id predict for second.

| The perfect weekend would be the England win. Then they get the young lads out of the cave abroad . Then sneak a win by fax . The cave situation puts everything into perspective though. It is just a game of rugby but I know I will forget that fact. Come 3 pm .. Let s get the money in today.

Fax use it. Fev use it. Its the way of the rugby world....
Forum pizz taking aside, i really do struggle to understand the criticism of Fev's use of dual reg- or any other club for that matter, when fax use the same system with cas? Please explain that one, cos I'm knocking.
Anyway.... i reckon fev'll win.... then that'll bring forth more dual reg ball cocks

All pizz taking and banter where I’m concerned between Fax and Fev / you and me Robin so if there are others who you think are being critical of Fev regarding DR or anything else you'll have to take it up with them.
An attempt at an explanation is that with DR being the way of the rugby league world it shouldn’t be too much of a surprise it gets mentioned a lot especially with it’s controversial nature.
When your team loses to cope with the loss you normally come up with all sorts of reasons like it was the ref, it was our worst performance of the season, forward pass for that try, or in context they used DR hardly any of it is based on reality.
Anyway glad you think Fev will win so the anti pessimistic pill must be working but if they do regardless of who is wearing a Rovers shirt I’ll be among the first to say well done because they will have had to earn it.
As Jenson says it’s Just game with far more serious things to be concerned about.
Have a good one and enjoy the game.

| Brilliant win and apart from a 10 mins spell we looked comfortable. That has given us a cracking lift.lots of positives all around. Can't say I was impressed with Fev. Thought ormonroyd had a shocker, hock did not a lot and Thackery very quiet. The best team undoubtably did wiln and comfortably. Tangata should have got the hit man award by a country mile with 2 tackles . I on Hock 1 on ormonroyd. Salty had a cracking game . Probably the best I have seen him play alround yards made interception and try assist.

| Great win and a great game of rugby league. We really are a good team. Playing for each other and playing entertaining rugby. This is a huge boost for the top 4. Well done lads. 10years of home loses to Fev is put to bed. I can stop smiling. Up the Fax

| Agree with RFF, I thought we looked fitter, faster, hungrier and apart from the first 15 minutes we were pretty much on top. A massive amount of credit has to go to Andy Hollyhead who has helped get the lads in to the shape they are in and to look so much fresher than another top 4 team after 80 minues is a testiment to his and the players hard work.
Operation get 2nd place is in full flow, 3 more wins needed another massively tough game next week but thats how we like it isnt it?

| It’ll be a tough game with the kick-off depending on Wednesdays England match I guess. If they want an earlier kick-off time we might still have the travel in our legs. Let’s see what happens on Weds first.

| Outstanding today. Keeping Fev scoreless after those first 15 minutes of pressure set the tone for us. Clinical going forward which bodes well. That performance reminded me of the Fev away game last year, completing high, forcing errors. We do seem to turn in these top displays when the big games come around. Win 2 of the next 3 and we should be fine, the way we are playing, we have the confidence and ability to win all 3 in fairness.
This London kick off debate is a farce. Granted they probably won't make a decision until after Wednesday, but if moving the kick off earlier what time does that mean the players (and supporters) will have to set off, 5/6AM? Madness.

| An outstanding team performance today which had the likes of Thackeray and co rattled. God knows what anyone sees in Ormonroyd, error prone and ineffective. Hock a liability and the whole Featherstone out enthused good to be a Fax fan today

| Great win at last we have got that monkey off our backs and beaten them at home we have the full set now and 2-1 to us this season, we really stuck at it today after they came out hard at us in the first 15 minutes we picked their pockets with a try on our first attack. Like others are saying we are a fit team and we can now attack from all over the pitch with backs who have pace, 2 wins out of our last 3 and we should be in the top 4 what an achievement that will be but we still have 2 hard games to come but this win will give us confidence.

| We really hurt Fev, they were shot. Not hurrying to pack down when only 2 scores in it says it all. Also know why Leeds not picking Dwyer - really unfit, he was blowing after just 10 mins when he came on. Maybe thought he could blitz us in a mad flurry like he did Rochdale. No chance, we more than coped with him. Great performance!

| A good 80 minute performance yesterday built on that opening 15 minutes where we hardly had the ball. To defend like that and then go down the other end and score must have really knocked the stuffing out of Fev, in fact we made them look very average at best and, like England v Sweden, ended up winning comfortably. A couple of our tries were outstanding and if we keep up that level of defence with the flair going forward we won't go far wrong. Up The Fax!

I was wondering if they had stopped uploading the full games to Fax TV due to cost?

| Mark Moore’s company Bedzrus went into liquidation in June. As The sponsor of the free content, the company not MM, I wonder if that has something to do with it.
MM is now having to work full time, doesn’t have lots of cash to invest, so I suspect it will not be long before he steps down from the club, where he has spent lots and lots of his time working on moving it forward. Something I am told will not be resisted by the directors who have had lots of arguements with him.
