Good post and I would include all at the club as there is an attitude towards fans - they take the fans and sponsors for granted, too slack at times with things as I keep saying the club need to be more PROFESSIONAL and treat its customers like that as customers, that way you keep them and you know what you get more money that way!!!
If not the club will never move forward and keep losing fans and sponsors, treat them better!

Do we need / want a coach or someone do that and manage all the rest of what goes along with running a club on the playing side of things. Experience across the whole area you would have thought would be best if someone was available.

Some big names in the sport already expressed an interest so the board just have to makes sure they take all the time they need to get the right man.

Im actually looking forward to the playoffs and think we can have a bit of an impact, and I cant wait for next season.

Having watched Rochdale Mayfield all year I know one person who would walk back for that job! Matt Calland

At least you know that with Matt you get a fantastic brand of rugby, Mayfield have been excellent this season only losing one game all season and have scored more points than any other team in the league with a bunch of local lads

For various reasons Matt has had to make a lot of lifestyle changes one of which includes becoming T - Total

And the fact still remains he is an excellent coach who knows how to coach good free flowing rugby which is pleasing on the eye
