Seriously? He was constantly crashing into the defense knocking defenders to the ground. The problem being after he did so, he wouldn't look for the offload, he'd just try and crash back into someone else.

What I would call a TV prop, i.e. looks good cos it runs the ball in hard with a big impact but didn't make enough yards, ball retention was poor and give away too many pens. We didn't miss him in the last 6 weeks of the season.

Ive suggested the same myself elsewhere, he;s a good player, with lots of potential, dont think he'd be too costly and could be a shrewd signing

Holroyd was a luxury, but if we could utilise a player such as McNally on the DR system then why not

If it was Black leaving I'd say McNally was a perfect replacement. But if we're wanting to replace Holroyd we need a half back who's a expert in creating trys, not scoring them.

Thought Black was on a 2 year deal reagrdless? We have similar lads at Widnes, everyone threating about their futures and want announcements but if under contract why would clubs need to state anything?
