i admit i wish we had of signed him and would of if Harris had said he was leaving earlier.

Nor did it stop the rumours that once he'd agreed a deal wi fax he was back on the blower to fev cos the terms on the contract were different to those verbally agreed!!! Still, water under the bridge.

I always hoped this wasn't going to be the case and was mightily relieved that the rumours of him being seen several times with fev officials at and away from POR that lead to speculation of him signing for fev, were nowt more than him acting as an agent for the 2 PNG lads no longer at Fev!!Daryl never did want Stan at Rovers.
