Did anyone think the pitch for todays game was worse than The Shay at the begining of the Rugby Season especially when you consider the massive amounts spent by South Africa and FIFA

Didn't you see last night's Courier? FC Halifax Town have been training on this pitch all week. Not a ball hit in anger but plenty of divots given a right good kicking.

Just checked rams website and there is message on dated today confirming kick-off as 3pm sunday.Obviously they don't want to help themselves and are prepared for some supporters to choose to watch the footie.Cas have already said they will be kicking off at 11-30 on sun so if they can change things at this stage and give their fans the chance to watch both games why can't rams and Fax.

Wouldn't 7.00pm, say, be possible? Then fans have have the best of both worlds and, more importantly for the Rams, as they get the days takings, the crowd should not be affected. I'm sure the attendance will be well down if the Fax and England fixtures clash.

Yer its RL first for true Fax fans and I am sure Dewsbury fans BUT this is the national game, like it or lump it and this is England v Germany in the World Cup Finals and a lot of us do want to watch it.
I hope the KO is moved to either 12.30pm or 6pm, the crowd WILL be affected by the England game plus its one of the biggest pay days for the Rams so why not change it?

As someone has already stated they have a massive car boot at the stadium I do believe it is a big money spinner for them and is held every week .They would not be able to switch it to early kick off , I am not interested in football so it makes no odds to me.

It'll still take Keighley fans two hours to get in though.

I will be watching Fax regardless, always want England to win and will watch all the games we play in but Fax come first and it will be a sky plus job for the England game unless Dewsbury and Fax get together and change the KO time!

There is a large number of Rugby fans who do follow the English national team at Football, the last 16 of the world cup a game the only has the opportunity to come around once every four years! And its against the Germans! Dewsbury away! mmmmmmmmmm

Common sense has to prevail, move the Dewsbury game, I had been strong armed in to a public engagement on Sunday at 3pm and begrudgingly had to agree to keep some piece, however, that’s out the window now.

So WHEN the game is re-arranged I will get the best of both worlds and watch both England and Fax

After thinking about it, I'd rather watch the football this weekend, World Cups come around once a year, we go to dewsbury every other year,

If Dewsbury want to impact the gate and play the game at 3, fine by me, They won't be getting my Entrance & Beer money, however I may take my custom to Cas and watch a game of RL this weekend still as they have had the hindsight to move their kick off.

Without starting the "best supported away team" debate, Dewsbury vs Halifax will be one of their biggest gates of the season due to the number of fans we'd take with it only been 20 minutes away, If they want to miss out on the opportunity tomake a few quid, Then its Tough
