Brilliant news, and richly deserved. A great coach, leader and the main reason that this has been the most enjoyable season for a long while.

Credit to the whole coaching team. The lads are fitter, stronger, more confident and a proper team now. Well done to the BOD for choosing RM in the first place and the players for believing in what Richard has brought to us.

Fully deserved Richard for picking up reward. A fantastic coach who gets the best out of players. Murrell, Kaye, Heaton look like different players this year. Put this down to Richards coaching and instilling confidence in players. To achieve what he has this year is remarkable considering we are part time and on a smaller budget. Well done Richard

Well Done Richard and his team, very much deserved. It just goes to show, the players were not coached right last year and this year has made a big difference. For me, the player who has shown his true colours is Kaye, playing better than he did at Fev IMHO - very dangerous player.

Very well deserved and made a huge difference. I lost interest and stopped coming during the Harrison era but I am enjoying my rugby once again and really looking forward to the next couple of games.

The right decision. We've all seen what he's done, the players all comment he's a top coach, it's great that RL sees his ability too.

You have to be able to coach but you also have to have the players buying into it and the backing from the club.
All 3 have been in place this year and I'm sure it is a sign of things to come, it's good to be a Fax fan.

on downside.................. SL clubs will be sniffing round even more.

Fantastic result, well deserved for all concerned with HRLFC, a great Filip for the coach in his first year as head, the players must also take credit, without them believing in RM none of this season could have happened.
Whilst not belittling any of the current Fax sponsors ( who have supported the club through difficult times) this may bring U.S. To the attention of more investors to help swell the coffers.

I think its about time people should stop saying we have over achieved this season. Clearly our players under achieved the last few seasons under KH. We have a talented, hard skillful squad who at last have been able to show us what they can do under a very good coach.

Richard must be on a contract.
The fact that he has agreed with the board that full time is not right for us in 2016 and development of our own players through a (second team/ under 20's/ under 23's or whatever the RFL allow us to call it) suggests to me that he wants to finish a job before moving on bigger things.
He will move on, no disrespect but we will never be on the same level (in my very humble opinion) that Richard one day will be.
For the time being let's all enjoy the ride.
