Read an article earlier this week saying that Championship Club's have voted to drop the Squad Number system and instead return to the 1-17 system

While there is a clear cost reduction by doing this, not having to produce extra playing shirts ect, (or in Barrows case put a panel over the old number and a new one on top) It also means our players wont be able to have shirts made to their own sizes.

Was it Fereti Tuilagi who had to wear the 17 shirt each time he played, cos he couldn't fit into the number 4 shirt that had been produced?

It was Frank Watene who had to wear 17 and nothing else.

Before that we had a spell where the number 4 shirt didn't fit Adam Hughes when he played in the second team so he had to play centre wearing number 13.
