| Quote ="wrencat1873"Sorry Chizzywizzy, I thought that silly childish names were your thing, you seem to perpetuate their use on multiple occasions.
You also stated that Bojo was following advice and I merely wanted to point out that he does not follow the advice all of the time, especially if there is a party going on down at No 10.
My dislike for Bojo is very well documented on here, to the point of annoyance (for some) and yet, despite saying that you dont like him and that you're not a Tory Boy, you dont half jump to his defence quickly.
Your choice Chizzy but, it does seem somewhat contradictory.'"
Wrong again squire I never said Boris was following advice but what I did say was if he was there was probably a good reason/reasons as to why not if that helps you understand which is totally different to your accusations, but once again don't let that stand in the way of your half truths and innuendos, and as for the party at No 10, none out of 10 for your feeble attempt at sarcasm seriously your not bright enough squire.
Not sure why you persist in calling him Bojo when his name is Boris, after all your the one accusing me of childish name calling, I call you and your 2 bezzie mate Wink, Blink, and Nod because you remind me of with your comedian like behaviour on here if that helps, and for what it's worth once again I feel the need to defend myself against your foundless accusations by pointing out that I've never said I don't like him, but like all politicians I don't always agree with them, big difference there, even you with your massively inflated bias should realise that.
Just for clarity though I'll explain finally (I hope) I'm not anybody's boy and as for jumping to his defence, it's called redressing the balance, nothing to do with being contradictory which is my choice anyway.
Your so out of your depth here squire, having said that you'd be out of your depth in a car park puddle if some of your posts are anything to go by

| His name is Alexander if you want to call him by his second name that is actually Boris de Pfeffel which is what he talks most of the time. I look forward to you pointing out a post from you defending Labour or any other party. I know you are just a frustrated Tory living in Barnsley.

If I was a Boris lover which for some reason you think I am, surely you with the little intelligence you appear to possess you would think I would know his name without you proudly trying to educate me on the matter, as a matter of interest the Pfeffel attempt as a joke did make me smile a little, even though it's not really one of your things, I'm afraid you'll have a long wait though if your looking forward to me defending any political party whatever colour, more chance of me voting you the poster of the year on the Wakey board.
Not sure how you know I'm a frustrated Tory living in Barnsley though, and on reflection I'm not sure if I really want to know or care If I'm honest, the difference living in Barnsley though instead of the City of my birth is the ruling council don't have 5 towns to keep happy as well as they're own people who are predominantly labour supporters whom I personally don't have a problem with, it just appears that you seem to think I do.

Comedy gold squire, comedy gold.
You suggest that I'm childish for calling you Chizzywizzy but, seem to want comedic credit for making up your own ridiculous names for certain other posters ??
You suggest that when you defend Bojo - a name made popular in the press - you are "offering balance ??
And I'm out of my depth, again bloody hilarious.
We have an absolute clown of a PM who just makes blunder upon blunder and while ever he is in office, I will keep on reminding folk of some of his indiscretions.
I couldn't give a tinkers toss whether you agree with me and I welcome your input, although it usually lacks any substance.
As for being out of my depth, more comedy gold from the sin bins self proclaimed comedian. I think it was Bernard Manning that coined the phrase "they cant stop you laughing" but, you are giving him a run for his money.
Nice one squire !

Wrencat and co just sit back and criticise whilst offering nothing in return or as an alternative. They remind me of the regulars at the end of the bar in the workingmen's club moaning about the committee, or equally leading the opposition party.

I propose that the most senior members of the government don't engage in Christmas parties whilst making such parties illegal for everyone else.
Furthermore I propose that the government stops handing out contracts worth billions to people who give them money.
Radical changes to the status quo I know, but no doubt Chissywissy and JONNY on here will defend them to the hilt as ever.

3. What about Jeremy Corbyn!

This reminds me of Saints and Wigan fans thinking their periods of domination will last forever. How foolish they are. The demographics for the Tory party are jaw-droppingly bad so I really wouldn't get too excited lording it over what even in 2019 was a large majority of the electorate with different views.
Unfortunately you don't seem able to snap out of treating politics like you are supporting a sports team, desperately hoping your blue favourites win all the time and lashing out whenever they are criticised. I hope you won't mind me saying but it's really just very dumb, very simplistic behaviour.

Surely you are defending the indefensible, I bet you are one of the 9% that still believes that no party took place.
What about today when it was proved that da Pfeffel lied about his knowledge of the Downing Street apartment. He claimed the first he knew how it was funded was in February 2021 but WhatsApp messages show he was discussing it in November 2020.
The man is an habitual liar he can’t help himself but I guess whilst he has apologists like you he will feel vindicated.

Item 6 is highly relevant, obviously the tories are in complete disarray. So logically the voter will turn to the main opposition party which is the Labour Party. They will want to see if they have any any bright idea’s which will appeal to the nation. Will labour trot out the Marxist socialist garbage they presented at the last election ,or come up with something different. Immigration will be a major issue at the next election. At the moment several members of the Labour Party seem to favour an open door policy. Not certain that will go down well with the red wall voters. Reference criticism ,that works both ways, I merely mentioned to you that David Lammy was not very bright, predictably you came back with the tried and tested race card. Perhaps you could enlighten us with your ideas that labour could use to win the next election. I will help you out with one ,which should have happened years ago. Undertake mass building of social housing in decent areas linked to efficient public transport .
That would be a vote winner, labour had 13 years under Blair with cash in the bank and never lifted a finger. So both parties can share the blame on that failure.

| Given the buffoonery in Parliament it strikes me as highly unlikely to be coincidence that the two MPs the right latch onto as emblems of this are Lammy and Diane Abbot. But there we go.
As for Labour, their policies are typically quite popular. The party isn't. That's the main issue they need to resolve.

| Well it has to be said that the Tory Party is certainly the “Party of the Parties”
And I don’t doubt for one minute that Lyin Boris would still get the support of 75% of Tory voters and the white van man Brexit mob to cling to power.

I'm not even a Labour supporter but I'd take their democratic socialism-lite over the corruption and incompetence and instability of the current government any day.
Quite why you are going out on such a limb, being screwed over daily for a party you claim not to support I have no idea. You must dread waking up to the news each day when they've been found to have cringingly lied again or abandoned a previously resolute position again, leaving you having to come out and move in line with them every time. I feel a bit for you, it's a really quite abusive relationship.

I'm not sure I'm going out on any limb, it is what it is, it won't matter whose in charge of the country I along with yourself and the rest on here will ultimately get screwed over as you eloquently put it, and as for your own admission that you have no idea is unfortunately painfully true.

Go on then, for clarity explain to me where I'm defending the indefensible in my post you quoted, and irrespective of whether this party ever took place, explain to me where you got the 9% from, have you worked it out all by yourself or have you got it from another source.

| Quote ="chissitt"Sorry but I'm finding this part of your post difficult to understand, you say your not even a labour supporter, okay I'll accept that to a point, I say I'm not a Conservative supporter but yet you won't accept that on it's face value and vehemently accuse me of being one despite my continued denials, never had you down as a hypocrite, perhaps you'd like to explain the subtle difference. '"
I've extracted this bit from your War & Peace effort to highlight what is presumably obvious to most people. Denying you're a Tory but constantly defending the Tories rather makes your protestations hard to believe. I don't believe I've had that much cause to comment on Labour on here, still less defend them, but certainly every post doesn't involve that.
