My son pays for that channel told me about Free To View NRL games.So i started to watch them.My first game was Manly V Melbourne.It went into golden point at 22-22.Imagine to my horror they went back to en-cryption before the goal was kicked & all the celebrations after.Thought nothing of it then but then i watched Cronulla V Gold Coast they cut that match short as well.Rang my son up told what was going on he said it happens to me & i pay for the dammed channel. I said it could be a carrott they are dangling to get fans to sign up like Setanta did.Is anybody else getting this problem.Its not bad for us Free To View fans but for them that are paying that amount it wants sorting.Was there another pay to view channel before Setanta i seem to think there was.Thank you.

I have watched the freeview games and have had Premier Sports in recent years. The games I have watched this season in freeview have been of really poor quality picture wise, are Prem Sports not broadcasting the NRL in HD?

I pay to subscribe and there was no problem with games cutting off before the end.

I did have a problem a couple of times last year when recording games that the last minute would be cut off because of how they'd indexed the time slots on the planner, but they seem to be a bit better on that last weekend. I just set to extend recordings by 10 minutes anyway.

I can't say I'm to bothered about the picture quality. It's good enough to watch the game on.

Now't wrong with premier. Stacks of RL and all at low cost.

I thought I'd recorded all the games but when I went to watch them only the Freeview games were watchable. I rang to inquire what was occurring and they told me they couldn't take my payment due in February on the existing card, which was true as the last 4 digits have changed in the meantime. I had no contact from them to tell me this though.

They may not contact you as i recon loads sign up then just stop the DD instead of ringing and having some courtesy. So maybe they got fed up pretty quick of chasing people.
