Later Johnny Roberts scored, unconverted, for 8-0 then Bill Yates try made it 13-0 after Prescott kicked his second goal. Savile for Stockport had a goal kick attempt charged down before Roberts second try wrapped up a 16-0 win for Wigan in what was their best performance of the season so far.
