Summary:l

A Lancashire v Cumberland County Match was taking place at Workington which left Wigan without Joe Egan, Martin Ryan and Ken Gee for this visit of Bradford to Central Park. They looked liked they'd win without them after Jack Fleming made it 3-0 with a 55th Minute try with Ted Ward failing to convert. That looked to be that but Bradford managed to score a 78th Minute try from Kitching to make it 3-3. They missed the conversion to win it though, so perhaps Wigan were the ones relieved in the end.
