Wigan put their poor league season so far behind them to reach the final of the Lancashire Cup. Jim Sullivan opened the scoring with a penalty goal before a try from Rhodes for Warrington put them 5-2 up after he also converted. Before half time, tries from Arthur Binks and Johnny Ring helped Wigan into a 10-5 lead. A two score lead was created in the second half when Sullivan kicked a second penalty goal in the 55th Minute. No further scoring occurred.
