Summary:l

Well things had gotten so desperate for Wigan after three defeats in a row, they threw both James Rynn and Robert Hunter into debuts for this Easter Monday visit of Dewsbury. In fact the whole back line was completely changed with only full back Jim Sullivan surviving. The trick worked with Rynn actually claiming a hat-trick! Oldham had again lost in 5th place but Hull KR had now come into play off contention and Wigan faced a trip to their neighbours and top of the table Hull the following day.
