On current positioning, this would be a play off semi
final fixture, but it was Rovers who were needing the points to keep inside
the "Top 4". Whilst on the face of it, a draw at the league leaders looks a
good result, but it actually wasn't for KR. This draw saw them fall from 4th
to 6th in the table. That said, Wigan had been 11-0 up at half time
following two tries from Johnny Ring and one from Tommy Parker. So to get a
13-13 draw was a good return in the end.
