Widnes were without a match on this particular Sunday, so all the chasers were looking to close the gap. Wigan comfortably led this match against Hull KR 12-0 at half time following tries from Shaun Edwards and Tony Iro. Second Half though saw Rovers play the better Rugby but they only got one try for their efforts, which was equalled by Wigan.
