Summary:l

Wigan were able to use John Ferguson here for the last time before he returned back to Australia. He helped Wigan past Warrington in this cup tie and the quirk of the weather meant Wigan had now progressed to the Quarter Finals a day before eight sides had even completed their first round matches.
